Leamington Spa College Caribbean Cookery Day for Black History Month

We were so happy and proud to be working with the students from Leamington Spa College recently to help them produce a Caribbean menu for their self run canteen for Black History Month in October.

The students made: Jerk Chicken, Rice & Peas, Caribbean Ginger Cake, Salt Fish Fritters, Corn Fritters, Aubergine & Sweet Potato Curry, Spicy Coleslaw and a Sweet Chilli Sauce.
