Tan Rosie Cuban Kitchen Supper Club September 2011
We had another successful Supper Club evening last night where we delivered traditional and updated Cuban cuisine all cooked up by Monica!
Thank you to all the new guests we had last night, it was a pleasure to have you.
I must say the home baked bread, soup, drunken chicken with green olives, blackbean bake and rum cake (the whole menu) was fantastic – thanks mom!
The Cuban music kept me going last night with lots of laughter and chatting.
The beautiful Zinnia flowers were from fab flourist Julian from Stratford Farmers Market.
We’re looking forward to the next club night where we will be cooking up some traditional Jamaican dishes. My favourite being, Curry Goat, ummmm can’t wait!
