We at Tan Rosie create tantalising Caribbean food inspired by recipes from Grenada and Carriacou from our base here in Birmingham, UK. Our products range from Caribbean style preserves including jam and chutney. We also have a unique range of Caribbean inspired fudge which comes in a varied selection of flavours such as Coconut Rum, Spicy Chilli and Grenadian Rum & Raisin. We will also be adding other great Caribbean dishes in the future. All of our exciting products and gift ideas are available to buy from our online shop and at selected farmers markets and festivals. Each of our products contains a blend of European and Caribbean tropical spices and ingredients with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Some of our products contain locally grown ingredients too. At Tan Rosie we strive to deliver traditional Caribbean flavours in an innovative way. Traditional preserves and fudges are given the Caribbean treatment with our secret blend of spices!
